Karamba Casino - £5000 withdrawal not being processed

Won £5000, that’s the end of the happy news. Submitted my documents, which in itself was a long drawn out process. All were accepted, told my withdrawal would then be processed. Have had a withdrawal request in since 3rd of March, and it’s now the 8th. Been phoning every day and getting a whole bunch of excuses. Was told my withdrawal would be processed on that day on live chat which I believe was the 5th but no such luck . Want a resolution to this as it’s causing undue stress. Feel I’m getting passed from pillar to post.
