After I won two bets yesterday, I tried to place a bet, the bet wasn't placed, didn't receive confirmation, didn't show in my bets history, money disappeared.
From my vip assistant in telegram I asked an evidence if I have had placed the bet. in 10 hours and they didn't find it. Than I asked her I didn't place bet, I didn't withdraw, so where did money go?
She admit it was a software glitch. Money will refund soon, but after they refused to give me my money.
