Voided my winnings and claimed I breached their bonus terms?!


I FILE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE CASINO WINPALACE BY THE FOLLOWING CONCEPTS.
To claim a removal of 800 Euros, sent me an email telling me that it is not possible because I have breached the conditions of a bonus. I convey them the bonus was released because it was the plays that they conditioned and being released, could play all games.There is a transcription of the customer that if want to can do it will arrive by email.WINPALACE, performs these practices of form of malpractice and that goes against the customer. Good afternoon. Hereby I want to communicate that Winpalace has complied with its motion for a resolution, in today I received the amount indicating me. So after various disagreements that emerged it has come to a positive decision and therefore my complaint has been attended. Still the same cancelled by Winpalace compliance in its motion for a resolution.Thank you

Buenas Tardes. Por la presente quiero comunicar que Winpalace ha cumplido con su propuesta de resolución, en el día de hoy he recibido el importe que me indicaban. Por lo cual tras las distintas desavenencias surgidas se ha llegado a una resolución estimatoria y por lo tanto mi queja ha sido atendida. Siendo la misma cancelada por cumplimiento de Winpalace en su propuesta de resolución.

Me he puesto en contacto con ASKGAMBLERS, ya les he comentado que estamos en via de Solucionar esta situacion, y que en cuanto llegue la transferencia confirmo la misma y cierro la queja de manera definitiva. Y tambien por ser ajustado a derecho comunicar cuando llegue la recepcion del importe de la transferencia. Con esta informacion quedara pendiente el transmitir que ha llegado el importe

And also for being exact to right to report when there should come the receipt of the amount of the transfer. With this information it could only hanging to transmit that the amount has come

405 Euros Payment declined
Last year (november/2014) I made a withdraw requested that was denied with the "90 business days review" excuse. So, i wait untill the end of this process and made a new withdrawal request in the amount of 405 Euros on 28/04. Two weeks later I received an email from James Corden, from the financial department, saying that "we could not approve your last withdrawal request since your activity in our casino recently has dramatically decreased." I really need your help to get my money.
