Does not willing to pay?!


I deposited £200 and received a bonus. I played a mixture of Blackjack and slots and ended up cashing out £3098 after completing the wagering. I was asked to provide ID and proof of address which I did. Soon after, I was asked to provide a photo of me with my passport open next to my face. Again, I complied. They then asked me to return a deposit confirmation form which they would mail to my address. After receiving the form, I signed and sent it. Receipt of every document was confirmed by Jackpot247.



Since then, a month has passed and I've received no useful information regarding my withdrawal. Every other day for the past two weeks, I have contacted support who tell me that they have no information about the withdrawal because only management knows anything about it (apparently management handles withdrawals over a certain size). I have consistently asked them to put me in touch with management. At last, James Corrie, a member of management contacted me on the phone. He asked me various questions including what games I preferred, my deposit method and how much I had deposited. He then bizarrely asked me to send a photo of myself holding the day's newspaper, assuring me that I'd be paid after I did this. I sent the photo that same evening. They confirmed receipt the following day. Since then, 2 weeks has passed and I have received no information about my withdrawal. Every day I speak to support who tell me they have no information. I then ask to speak to James Corrie, who is always "in a meeting". I ask for them to get him to contact me and he never does.

It seems other people have been given the same run around by James. I'm not sure if they were ever paid.



I've sent them an array of documents and photos, complied with all of their requests and no information is forthcoming. When I do finally get in touch with anyone, they either tell me they have no information or to jump through another hoop. I now doubt their intentions to pay me at all.

Any help in resolving this problem will be much appreciated

I Joined jackpot 247 in Aug 2014. Was asked to provide Identification (3 different documents) on 5th October 2014 as I had won a smaller amount and requested a standard withdrawal that had not been a problem for me at other casino's. This is where my problems began. I asked where my withdrawal was and received a reply on the 14th Oct indicating one of the documents had expired, that was obviously fine so sent the new driving licence and heard nothing at all about my win again despite numerous emails was met with a wall of silence. In June this year decided to give the site another go after still receiving all of the bonus offers through email, I was asked for further identification at this time which bizarrely included a picture of myself holding my ID. (I've since found out after reading this is becoming more common) Anyway I adhered to this and sent the request. After spending large sums of money (stupidly on my part) recently Sept '15 won a very nice amount for £5025. I completed the terms and conditions of the promotion and made a withdrawal for £2000 on 21st Sept and that was that or so I thought. I on the 26th Sept after hearing nothing sent a polite reminder asking for an update with my withdrawal and was met with a response indicating "kindly note your account is under review by management" on the 26th Sept this year and after a further follow up email again have been met with a wall of silence. I hope to have a resolution to my withdrawal as I'm not sure what steps i can take from here.
