Withdrawal canceled impossible to verify

I made a deposit of 1500 euros with Skrill, not using any bonus.

Then my balance was 1520 euros, I sent the additional required documents, account was verified again.

Ivibet paid out 900 euros, and then for the remaining 620 euros, they asked for a selfie, which I sent and verified. Then asked for the Skrill transaction history from February. I sent that from 1st february on until today, and even confirmed with live chat support that they received it and are checking it, and I can make a new withdrawal request.

After days, then withdraw request was cancelled because they asked again for the same Skrill transaction history.

It seems they do that on purpose, always asking for the same document, and they dont pay out.

I send here again, the Skrill transaction history, that its clearly to see that this is exactly the required document that Ivibet asked for and that they can not ask again for the same and delay the withdrawal.

I made a 700 euros deposit without using a bonus.

My balance is 1798 euros.

When I created part withdrawal, Ivibet requested many documents.

I sent all, and all are verified (picture attached). The last document asked was the Skrill transaction history from 1st December until today. I sent, but then requested Skrill transaction history from 1st January until today. I sent it again. Then said not in PDF but in JPEG, I sent. Then said they did not receive, but when they realized not an excuse, they said not all transactions are on the PDF file. But it is an official transaction history document, Skrill sent to me.

Please help me, they always create new reasons and now even lie that not all transactions are visible and they refuse to pay out.

Hi i been waiting from last week wednesday for my wirhdrawal. They aproved and said 1-5 bussnises days. Yesterday they said in mail :

The transaction failed, and funds were returned to the gaming balance.

So i did an other withdrawal yesterday and they said this:

Dear Player,

Unfortunately, your withdrawal request is still being processed by the Finance Department. We would like to kindly ask for your patience.

As soon as the withdrawal is fully processed, you will be contacted about it instantly.

I'm verry disappointed, because normally it should be in half hour till my withdrawal arrive to my bank account, now it looks like they playing with me or idk..

I'm verry mad as well because I wait a week for nothing and still not receive my withdrawal. So I don't know what happening but i need my money , they cant hold it for weeks…after i finally gonna receive my withdrawal never gonna play again on this website.

Hope you can help me soon as possible to get my money.
