They are playing with me

Hi i been waiting from last week wednesday for my wirhdrawal. They aproved and said 1-5 bussnises days. Yesterday they said in mail :

Dear Player,

We are contacting you regarding your issue with the withdrawal from our casino.

The transaction failed, and funds were returned to the gaming balance.

So i did an other withdrawal yesterday and they said this:


Hi, Nagy Martin!

Dear Player,

Unfortunately, your withdrawal request is still being processed by the Finance Department. We would like to kindly ask for your patience.

As soon as the withdrawal is fully processed, you will be contacted about it instantly.

I'm verry disappointed, because normally it should be in half hour till my withdrawal arrive to my bank account, now it looks like they playing with me or idk..

I'm verry mad as well because I wait a week for nothing and still not receive my withdrawal. So I don't know what happening but i need my money , they cant hold it for weeks…after i finally gonna receive my withdrawal never gonna play again on this website.

Hope you can help me soon as possible to get my money.

Unfortunately, we are not entirely clear on what you are requesting. Your withdrawal has been processed and the funds were sent to the bank account you provided.

If the transaction failed due to an issue with your bank, we cannot return the funds back to your casino balance until the payment status is confirmed.

As i find out, they have sent the payment but transaction failed by my bank as they mentioned. Wrongly i made an other withdraw to the same bank account without knowing that. And was approved so i cant take it back and withdraw to a different bank account , i try to tell them that i made a withdraw to the same bank account as before and if its possible to send the money back to the casino balance so i can withdraw to an other bank account, but they said now i need to wait 1-5 days again becouse they approved my withdraw. But the problem is , i not gonna recive it becouse its the same bank and same issue . so there is maybe a way to get my casino balance back and i make an other withdraw to my other bank account ? Becouse im gonna wait for nothing again.
