IviBet Not paying out

I won 100e playing sports bets and roulette, when I decided to withdraw these funds I always got hit with "withdraw cancelled" from IviBet. Ivi claimed my bank did not approve the transaction,but that is false. Ivibet instead of giving me funds, tried to TAKE FUNDS, as has been confirmed by my bank. Now Ivi is giving me excuses about how my bank is the issue and I should keep retrying the withdrawl.
