Good morning.
Everything with this bookmaker connected well, until today. I tried to withdraw my money from account. They have requested document which I've sent them. After they accepted it, i've decided to request withdrawal request one more time. After many hours I saw ( on screen) that my balance from 650 euros was reduced to 110 euro. I have written in account balance "Balance correction" . I kindly asked them on chat what happend with my money, whereas they answered that is because of my suspicious activity? Please help me to get my money back from that fraud bookmaker

Withdrawal delay by ivibet

Hello I am filing a complaint against ivibet for delaying my payment.
It's already over 2 days and the withdrawal not received.
4 days ago I placed a withdrawal and they rejected and asked me to verify the account.
I verified the account and placed the withdrawal again.
I already contacted the customer care and getting same reply everytime

Keeps rejecting my withdrawal despite completed verification

I am submitting a complaint regarding my $1,429.50 withdrawal from IVIBET.

Every time I try to withdraw my money, IVIBET rejects the withdrawal and asks me to provide more verification documents.

I have already submitted many verification selfies with my ID and the required handwritten numbers. I also provided a recent electricity bill showing my name and address.

After that, IVIBET asked me to provide another proof of address. I downloaded an official bank statement, but support told me they would not accept the PDF and asked me to upload a screenshot instead. I followed their instructions and uploaded the screenshot to my account.

I have cooperated with every verification request, but IVIBET continues to reject my withdrawal and ask for new documents.

I currently have $1,429.50 waiting to be withdrawn.

I am asking AskGamblers to please assist me with this issue and help have IVIBET process and release my withdrawal.

Does not pay out 620 EUR

I made a deposit of 1500 euros with Skrill, not using any bonus.

Then my balance was 1520 euros, I sent the additional required documents, account was verified again.

Ivibet paid out 900 euros, and then for the remaining 620 euros, they asked for a selfie, which I sent and verified. Then asked for the Skrill transaction history from February. I sent that from 1st february on until today, and even confirmed with live chat support that they received it and are checking it, and I can make a new withdrawal request.

After days, then withdraw request was cancelled because they asked again for the same Skrill transaction history.

It seems they do that on purpose, always asking for the same document, and they dont pay out.

I send here again, the Skrill transaction history, that its clearly to see that this is exactly the required document that Ivibet asked for and that they can not ask again for the same and delay the withdrawal.

Does not pay out 1798 EUR

I made a 700 euros deposit without using a bonus.

My balance is 1798 euros.

When I created part withdrawal, Ivibet requested many documents.

I sent all, and all are verified (picture attached). The last document asked was the Skrill transaction history from 1st December until today. I sent, but then requested Skrill transaction history from 1st January until today. I sent it again. Then said not in PDF but in JPEG, I sent. Then said they did not receive, but when they realized not an excuse, they said not all transactions are on the PDF file. But it is an official transaction history document, Skrill sent to me.

Please help me, they always create new reasons and now even lie that not all transactions are visible and they refuse to pay out.

I'm verry disappointed, because normally it should be in half hour till my withdrawal arrive to my bank account, now it looks like they playing with me or idk..

I'm verry mad as well because I wait a week for nothing and still not receive my withdrawal. So I don't know what happening but i need my money , they cant hold it for weeks…after i finally gonna receive my withdrawal never gonna play again on this website.

IviBet Not paying out

I won 100e playing sports bets and roulette, when I decided to withdraw these funds I always got hit with "withdraw cancelled" from IviBet. Ivi claimed my bank did not approve the transaction,but that is false. Ivibet instead of giving me funds, tried to TAKE FUNDS, as has been confirmed by my bank. Now Ivi is giving me excuses about how my bank is the issue and I should keep retrying the withdrawl.

Rejected withdrawals despite I sent ID and 3x selfies and 5x proofs of address

I sent them ID and proof of address which is standard verification. 3x withdrawals of 200$ were approved and after that they started to make problems. In total i have sent them: ID card, 5x different proofs of address and 3x different selfies with ID card in one hand and piece of card with numbers in specified order in second hand. After all of this they require another selfie with id card and piece of paper with numers in second hand and consequently they reject withdrawals, that is why i am writing this compliant. Withdrawal canceled impossible to verify

I have been playing at IVI Bet for some time now, the site is inviting and the odds in sports are really very good.

The reviews also show that it is a good and safe provider for sports betting and casinos.

I have already made several deposits. I have now been lucky and have won a large sum and have applied for part of it to be paid out. All important documents were submitted and now further documents were requested, which I of course submitted as requested and were also successfully checked for correctness.

Unfortunately, my payouts are still being rejected and I have to keep sending more pictures.

It looks like IVI Bet is not so safe after all and that it is a scam to cancel withdrawals again and again until you give up as a customer.

Even a written request to the support does not change anything standard answer is they want the next picture, with no explanation of what this chicanery is supposed to.

I hope you can help me.
