Does not pay out 620 EUR

I made a deposit of 1500 euros with Skrill, not using any bonus.

Then my balance was 1520 euros, I sent the additional required documents, account was verified again.

Ivibet paid out 900 euros, and then for the remaining 620 euros, they asked for a selfie, which I sent and verified. Then asked for the Skrill transaction history from February. I sent that from 1st february on until today, and even confirmed with live chat support that they received it and are checking it, and I can make a new withdrawal request.

After days, then withdraw request was cancelled because they asked again for the same Skrill transaction history.

It seems they do that on purpose, always asking for the same document, and they dont pay out.

I send here again, the Skrill transaction history, that its clearly to see that this is exactly the required document that Ivibet asked for and that they can not ask again for the same and delay the withdrawal.
