Withdrawal Delay


I joined IVI casino 2 months ago and have been happy with how it has been going until now. I made a request for a withdrawal last week and this was processed within 24hrs.... Unfortunately this week 01 Sep 2020 I requested a withdrawal and have been waiting for 5 days and no funds have been processed. I have conversed on the live chat option on the website many times over the last few days and have received the same generic response. " Please wait longer.... Request sent to Financial team who will try their best.... Etc etc". There is no answer from suppor­t@i­vic­asi­no.com and no answer from [email protected] which were the recommended email addresses from the online chat. Please help to resolve and I have saved the live chat transcripts if needed
