Delayed Payment for 1000 euro


I got some problems with a delayed payment at Ivicasino.

Last weekend I started playing at Ivicasino and was lucky enough to make some winnings (€1000). One of the things I started playing at Ivicasino was the fact that in the terms & conditions it was stated it would only take max. 24h to process the withdraw.

I withdrew my money on Sunday (31/01) and my account was fully verified on Monday (1/02). I am waiting more than 72 hours to mmy money and Ivicasino is trying to make me play again with this money.

I reached out to the service and got the following respons:

We need more time to process your request.

Why? I am fully verified, I withdrew with same method that I deposited and it stated that it should not take more than 24h.

Hope you guys can reach out and pay my money.

I get the answer from the service that my witdraws are waiting in the queue to be checked. I can understand this, but when they are just waiting in order, my 2 withdraws are made on the same minute. Some very fishy things, casino really trying to make me play my money again I think...
