Hi,

i am still waiting for 2019-05-15 11:45:16 400.00 NETELLER Withdrawal.
I can read in terms and conditions that: ( Applications for funds withdrawal are processed by the Financial Department within 24 working hours from the date of submission of the request ).
So after more than 40 working hours ( 11:00 am to 11:00 pm GMT ) is status still " pending ".
In my first contact of support their wrote me something like " we resent it to financial department, pls wait more time ".
Ok, i waited one more day, nothing. So i wrote them second time, support wrote me " we are sorry, we have some trouble with Neteller ", wait pls more time.
