Impossible to be verified

Hi,
I was lucky to win some money and made a withdrawal the 29 of may. The day after i went to support because i hadnt heard anything from them about wanted documents. Lee i support told me to upload them and I did, and he also told me that it would take max 48 hours to get them checked. After those 48 hours and still nothing from them, i went to support again.
They told me that it would take one more day, and when that day had passed without communication from them I once again wrote to Dora in support and she first daid that my account was verified and then told me that they need proof of adress (whick i already sent three times), it was a bill from my creditcard issuer with my name and adress on it, and that was not enough. Got a mail that they want a another bill so I sent them my rentbill, and that wasnt enough either.
I dont know what to do. I have never experienced this before at a casino. I have sent copies of my creditcard, rentbill, idcard, bank statement, creditcardbill and nothing is enough.
