Non working withdrawal method


Hi, i just started playing at 7gods casino. I made my first Deposit by paysafecard which i bought in a store near my home. I started playing and managed to win and wager my First deposit Bonus completly. Now i made a withdrawl request. After some mails where valid proof wasnt immediatly accepted i verified my account and made a withdrawl by bank transfer. This payment was canceled and i was told to use same method as deposit. The problem is i cant recive money by paysafecard as a german. I didnt use paysafe via Login i just used a card. I am also not able to recive money via "mypaysafecard" since in germany its just to manage different physical cards , for example when u have to use more then 1 code for one payment. I play pretty often and all other casinos say u have to use bank transfer as withdrawl method when paysafecard is used for deposit. I dont know if paysafecard offers more possible ways in ther countries, but in my its not possible to recive money from others or withdrawl balances u paid in ure online paysafecard account on a bank or anything. My registered email on 7gods is < email removed > i would be happy to gt some support on this case or get some neutral advise what to do. Sicerly, Steffen < surname removed >

Yes, you are right, your initial withdrawal request from October 6th was canceled by our Finance Team because of the wrong payment method used. As it is stated in our Terms and Conditions, 7 Gods Casino uses the payment system wherethrough the player made his or her last deposit as a default withdrawal method. If the current payment system does not support withdrawals, 7 Gods Casino will make an attempt to issue withdrawal via any other method the player previously used to deposit.

After you made another withdrawal request with Paysafecard, only 200 euros went through because you have reached your monthly payout limit with PSC. You were informed about it by our Finance Team and offered to use Wire Transfer in such case. We can also see that you requested new withdrawal today via Wire Transfer in the amount of 2,000 euros and have already been paid.
