Not paying my winnings

Accaunt verification is done, but casino dont want to pay my winning, i wait my withdraw 8 days now, withdraw done 30.5.2018 , when i write to online chat they say we will pay today, but nothing happen. I won 8000eur and i want to withdraw only 2000eur now, they dont want to pay even this money. Can Askgamblers help me to get my winings?

I won 8000 euro, and when i was playng my first dep bonus, there was no -5.19 where mentioned: "There is a maximum amount of money won with the help of a deposit/reload bonus that can be withdrawn. This amount equals 10 (ten) original deposits. Any winnings above this amount will be subtracted from the account. I read terms 2 times, they added this rool after my winigs! I hope you will pay to me my 6000 eruro, now in account 0 euro, all winigs disapierd, i got only 2000. I am very angry. I want to know when casino add this, rool and proovement. Why no information of this rool in askgamblers?? I ll never plaeyd in casinos with such rools.

Non working withdrawal method

Hi, i just started playing at 7gods casino. I made my first Deposit by paysafecard which i bought in a store near my home. I started playing and managed to win and wager my First deposit Bonus completly. Now i made a withdrawl request. After some mails where valid proof wasnt immediatly accepted i verified my account and made a withdrawl by bank transfer. This payment was canceled and i was told to use same method as deposit. The problem is i cant recive money by paysafecard as a german. I didnt use paysafe via Login i just used a card. I am also not able to recive money via "mypaysafecard" since in germany its just to manage different physical cards , for example when u have to use more then 1 code for one payment. I play pretty often and all other casinos say u have to use bank transfer as withdrawl method when paysafecard is used for deposit. I dont know if paysafecard offers more possible ways in ther countries, but in my its not possible to recive money from others or withdrawl balances u paid in ure online paysafecard account on a bank or anything. Impossible to verify my account

I deposit 500 Sek on may 30 made a withdraw the same day for 1900 SEK. Read on there page to send documents to [email protected]. Did it twice and no response. Then i got a mail 3 says after to send my documents i replay and Done it twice to [email protected] Still no respons. Now its 9 days from my withdraw and still on same point as when i made the withdraw. This is really the worst verification i have ever Done.

After a week deposit still not credited on my account

i deposit 25.- Euro for the welcome bonus on 29.5.2018 through SOFORT-banking. the payment was done but in the end there was an error. the money was gone from my bank account 2 minutes later so i though everything would be fine. after contacting the live chat they told me i should have to wait. now after 7 days and over 7 mails the casino said they do not have the money and the finacial-department is working on it. my bank said the money was transfered correctly to there money-provider. i just want to know whats going on and where the money is.

Impossible to be verified

Hi, I was lucky to win some money and made a withdrawal the 29 of may. The day after i went to support because i hadnt heard anything from them about wanted documents. Lee i support told me to upload them and I did, and he also told me that it would take max 48 hours to get them checked. After those 48 hours and still nothing from them, i went to support again. They told me that it would take one more day, and when that day had passed without communication from them I once again wrote to Dora in support and she first daid that my account was verified and then told me that they need proof of adress (whick i already sent three times), it was a bill from my creditcard issuer with my name and adress on it, and that was not enough. Got a mail that they want a another bill so I sent them my rentbill, and that wasnt enough either. I dont know what to do. I have never experienced this before at a casino. I have sent copies of my creditcard, rentbill, idcard, bank statement, creditcardbill and nothing is enough.
