i deposit 25.- Euro for the welcome bonus on 29.5.2018 through SOFORT-banking.
the payment was done but in the end there was an error.
the money was gone from my bank account 2 minutes later so i though everything would be fine.
after contacting the live chat they told me i should have to wait.
now after 7 days and over 7 mails the casino said they do not have the money and the finacial-department is working on it.
my bank said the money was transfered correctly to there money-provider.
i just want to know whats going on and where the money is.
