Stalling verification and payment


I have been with dr Vegas for years even when it was formally known as quicksilver games I have deposited 100 of pounds over the years and when I have decided to make a withdrawal they seem to be being very awkward in paying me my money I have provided all I'd they including valid passport bank I'd and address I'd now I feel that they are behaving extremely unfair in paying me out I have previously withdrawn money from dr Vegas this has never been an issue in the past as all verification has already been addressed previously as they be always paid out now they not doing and ideally I need my money for Xmas this has been pending since 18/11/2016 plz can you help me resolve this matter asap much appreciated
