Still waiting my payment $924

I request withdrawal on May 25 that was approved on june 10, they aways have just excuses no one there actually willing to help. i keep calling their costumer service and email im send email to them they either dont give me answers just a lot excuses i have not receive my money and i need your help

I've taken a look at your account and I do see that your payment was sent off, late last week. I would expect to see tracking in the next day or so--generally payments are delivered the day after tracking comes in.
