Greenspin Casino took 300 CAD out of my casino account without explanation

Dear Askgamblers,

I have had balance of 1801 CAD in my Greenspin account after requesting withdrawal of 1500 CAD I had leftover balance of 301 CAD which was taken from my account, I also contacted Greenspin but they are not replying now there is not even chat window at their site for me to contact them, please help me with this issue. Thanks!

The player deposited 300 CAD with the bonus code : GREENFRIDAY.
GREENFRIDAY was a bonus that offered the player 100% cash bonus with the wagering requirement of x30.
The max cashout on any bonus(GREENFRIDAY included) is 5 times of the bonus amount, which means that the amount withdrawable was 1500,since the player deposited 300 (5 x 300 = 1500)
The player requested a withdrawal of 1500 CAD,while in his account balance he had 1801 CAD, the withdrawal was approved from the casino and it was successful.
After the withdrawal was successful the rest of the amount (301)was forfeited as mentioned in terms and conditions of the bonus that the player used.

"GREENFRIDAY bonus terms :
The bonus is "sticky” and will be forfeited once you make a withdrawal request.
The max cashout of the bonus is x5 of the bonus amount."

No contact and no withdrawal for weeks

I can't get in touch with the casino, I've already sent several emails and tried to get in touch using the contact form on the website, as the casino doesn't offer livechat, I can't withdraw, and I can't verify my account, I sent my documents and waited 5 days and nothing happened! 20 days have passed, and more recently after opening a complaint my account was closed!

No support & rejected withdrawal with no verification over and over

I have used this site many times before and have had no issues. This time I have been waiting almost two weeks for my documents to be verified. And my withdraw to be processed.

I have made many attempts to contact the casino with no luck. I have deleted and re up loaded documents to try and get the system working but nothing has happened it just keeps rejecting since they need to update my verification but they have not done anything or responded.

At first, I thought it was my email address was wrong that I have put limits on my account off and on while I have been waiting which has no effect on the process I’ve done it 100xs before with no issues. I get emails about my limits being set but when I email support I get a return message saying the inbox is full. When I contact directly off the site I get absolutely no response. Ever.

Started out with 200 withdrawal and thought maybe I just needed to play more almost like a wager amount but still nothing.

Why does it reject my withdrawal request and return the money to my game account?

GreenSpin declining withdrawal requests

Hello. I have tried making a withdrawal request several times now (with the same method I used to deposit) but they keep getting declined. I have submitted all my documents for verification but they don't seem to get processed. I have sent 2 support emails to try and solve this but have not gotten a response.

What is also quite odd is that I never got the welcome email sent to me. I know that I used the correct email (in fact I checked multiple times). I haven't actually received any email from Greenspin since the creation of my account. On top of this, my phone number suffers from the same issue as the verification code isn't arriving no matter how many times I try.

My balance is currently showing as "withdrawable" but I can't seem to make the withdrawal so I would just like to get this resolved.

Withdrawal pending for too many days

Dear Askgamblers,

I'm here to get your help. I gave GreenSpin casino ago and I got lucky. I did my first withdrawal and it was a bit rocky but eventually everything was approved & verify and finally I got my first lot of payment. This withdrawal took just under 24hrs to be approved. Now I did my second withdrawal and I'm a bit disappointed that it has taken way to long now. It's been 3 days since it's been pending and every time I go on chat I get told the same story. It clearly state on their T&C it's up to 5 hours pending approval but in my case it's 3 days now. I've been patiently waiting but its also frustrating at the same time. 'Torturing' me for days with $60 withdrawal

Dear AskGamblers

I received an e mail from Greenspin casino offering me 300 free spins in 3 different games up to my choice for minimum deposit of 20 USD. Two of the games offered were 10 cents bet and one 20 cents, I tried to play the 20 cents game but did not work , I contacted the live support ,he told me send e mail to the VIP manager which I did immediately ,I waited 48 hours. unfortunately I got no reply ,every time I ask the live support he repeats the same sentence contact the VIP manager ( like a machine)…….vain less.

Before I activated my bonus luckily I won some money and I decided to withdraw 60 USD to my prepaid card account ( same card I deposited with ) which I made especially for casinos to be able to deposit and withdraw freely without any restrictions (avoiding some restriction on gambling sites in my country),then the issue started, the casino rejected the withdrawal ,after wasting a lot of time with live support ,he informed to choose other way of payment ….I chose BTC because I know this is the last available method to withdraw my money (Central Bank Restrictions in my country) casino rejected the transfer, then they told me to withdraw with e-wallets like skrill, ecopayz … etc I informed them that all these ways are not available in my country or not allowed to use visa for putting money in my account as the casino requires a minimum deposit to be able to withdraw via the selected method.

To conclude I feel that I have been humiliated and tortured too much to get back my 60 USD by this casino.

Casino has to transfer my money either to my prepaid credit card account I used to deposit with or to my BTC account (because these are the only two available methods).

NB: I have never faced any issue with my prepaid card account in any casino (this card especially made for online gambling)

Deceptive table limits

I made deposit based on the advertised table limits in live casino games. I wanted to play but my bets got rejected all the times. I asked greenspin to remove any restrictions so that I can play the table limits as presented by greenspin. They advised that the table limits on the screen are not relevant and that their own hidden table limits should be used (for example, instead of 2000EUR/4500 EUR table limit as presented and advertised they advised that there was 100EUR table limit as per hidden internal rules of greenspin... (?)). They advised me that I must make 3x deposit and I said fine but pls remove hidden limits in your live casino so that I could play the table limits as advertised that was the reason why i registered with them. They said it was not possible and I asked for closing my account and reversing the deposits back to my card. They refused with all sorts of nonsense arguments (such as you shpould play 100 EUR max bets in live casino, these are not our rules, you play with live casino not with us etc., all sorts of nonsense). It is quite strange that operator like Direx NV tolerates such deceptive and unacceptable behaviour from its employees. I request return of my deposit (i did not take any bonus since i am not bonus chaser) since greenspin do not honor what they advertise and present to their potential and existring customers. These are clearly very low and deceptive practices that have nothing to do with serious operators.

Unfair confiscation of cashable winnings from deposit match bonus

My cashable winnings of over $3500 was confiscated soon as I cleared the wager requirement. When I contacted chat, the agent (Lucy) tells me the reason for confiscation was existence of clause of $110 max win limit from GREENFRIDAY deposit match bonus. However this clause does not exist in the terms. Only max win limit clause is from the free spin component of the bonus. Cannot withdraw my money

I open an account last week and use the Welcome bonus offer with my first deposit of 300 EUR. I was very lucky and had about 3000 EUR at the end of the wager requirements. After playing some times without bonus, the casino set a cooling off period for me and tells me that I had to withdraw my money and then they will close my account. I was very surprised about it, but ok. But now the problems started. After 2 successfull withdrawals to ecopayz (each 1000 EUR) they cancel my third withdrawal request. Then suddenly the ecopayz option to withdrawal was not available (only to my I dont know?). Support tells me that there was a mistake to cancel my withdrawal request and I need to make a new request, but ecopayz is still not available since days. Why they set a cooling off period for me? Why they will close my account? Why they delete ecopayz option for me and tell me I have to withdraw to my ecopayz account?
