Having joined the casino on 13th February and made two deposits, I then was lucky enough to be able to withdraw £5,000 on the 14th February.

I completed the verfication process and my documents were accepted without any problems but I am yet to recieve these funds despite waiting 7 days. I have spoken to the support agents numerous times to understand where my money is and time after time I have been told to wait until tomorrow; which I have done. having now reached 7 days however the latest support agent has said I have to send some bank statements in and wait upto a further 5 days which feels like complete stalling tactics. Can you please help escalate to get me my money?
