I requested a withdrawal of $20,000 on august 1st and was required to use the bank wire method for the first $2500 due to it only being my second withdrawal. So i submitted all of my verification forms and bank info then realized two days after processing that i still hadn’t received the funds in my bank account. which is strange since with my past withdrawals i have always received it with in 2-3 days. I then contacted customer support daily after that and no one would help with finding out what account number i submitted. finally on the 12th i managed to get ahold of a payout team member and they confirmed that the account number was wrong so they emailed the broker to cancel the wire. it has now been almost a week and still no update on whether or not they have canceled the wire and received the funds so that i can restart the wire process.

on top of this they took over a week to even process the initial withdrawal. so i was losing hope and had canceled over 17500 in withdrawals. and they wouldn’t credit my account for the 10% in loses i had incurred.

i don’t understand why they can’t just atleast credit my account for my losses if they’re going to lag with reissuing my bank wire for the $2500

We are very sorry that you had to experience this long process. You are correct, for a normal withdrawal, we can usually get them processed quickly. The issue comes in when the wire needs to be recalled. This kind of process takes time. We have to reach out to your bank and request that they send the wire back. With this, they have a number of verification's that they need to run before granting the request. The other option would be to wait until the wire is returned on its own but that takes a lot longer.

From what I can see, your withdrawal was added back to your account already. Once again, we are sorry that this took so long.

gossip slots returned the $2500 withdrawal back to my balance which i didn’t not re submit for a withdrawal. But they still have yet to rewarded me my 10% rebate from those several weeks. I had incurred over $17436.42 of loses and have proof even though on my account history now it’s as if the loses never happened?
i should of received a rebate of $1743.64 and i have provided supporting document below

Losses at Gossip Slots are calculated as follows:

casino wins - casino losses - bonuses - rewards cash - rebates = casino net loss

For the rebate, you receive 10% of your net losses for the previous week. This is for a specific time period.

Your rebate has been calculated correctly by our system. If you would like to see your specific numbers, please reach out to customer service as we will not share player specific data here.

i never received any rebate on august 10th??? I didnt have any history for the week of august 10th-16th.
Gossip Slots never credited my account for the period of period of 08/03 - 08/09.
and for some reason you guys keep deleting my account history game play but i have attached proof above in earlier comments and now too.

now when i check my account history game play for the week 8/3-8/9 all it shows is this??? you guys are a fraud casino and owe me a credit of $1743.64 .

Hi,

I am very sorry. You are correct, you were not credited the rebate for the periods Aug 3 - Aug 9 or Aug 10 - Aug 16.

For Aug 3 - Aug 9, even though you did have losses, your withdrawal disqualified you from receiving the rebate. This disqualification is explained in more detail in our terms and conditions (https­://­www.go­ssi­psl­ots.eu­/bo­nus­terms). Since this withdrawal was legitimately requested by you, during that particular time period with the full intention of execution, management will not make an exception for this one.

For the next period (Aug 10 - Aug 16), management has granted an exception since this was the same week that you notified us that your withdrawal would need to be returned. The correct amount has now been credited to your account as if there was no withdrawal.

Lastly, for the period Aug 17 - Aug 23, you were credited your rebate on the 24th of AUG.

the withdrawal was not successful though. If the withdrawal was successful i would understand why you wouldnt be able to credit the rebate but that is not the case. you guys owe me $1700+ credit this is unacceptable
