Troubles with a Bank Wire Transfer


I requested a withdrawal of $20,000 on august 1st and was required to use the bank wire method for the first $2500 due to it only being my second withdrawal. So i submitted all of my verification forms and bank info then realized two days after processing that i still hadn’t received the funds in my bank account. which is strange since with my past withdrawals i have always received it with in 2-3 days. I then contacted customer support daily after that and no one would help with finding out what account number i submitted. finally on the 12th i managed to get ahold of a payout team member and they confirmed that the account number was wrong so they emailed the broker to cancel the wire. it has now been almost a week and still no update on whether or not they have canceled the wire and received the funds so that i can restart the wire process.

on top of this they took over a week to even process the initial withdrawal. so i was losing hope and had canceled over 17500 in withdrawals. and they wouldn’t credit my account for the 10% in loses i had incurred.

i don’t understand why they can’t just atleast credit my account for my losses if they’re going to lag with reissuing my bank wire for the $2500

Each rebate calculation is a snapshot for that particular week only. During that particular week, you had a legitimate withdrawal that you had no intention of canceling. As per our terms:

"Customers who have had a withdrawal in the last 30 days do not qualify for the weekly rebate."

We do not back date rebates as they are intentionally meant to be a snapshot of that week's losses only. When everything is considered for the specific time period of the rebate in question, you had a verified withdrawal and it disqualified you from getting your rebate for that week.

In a special circumstance, management has granted you the rebate for the week in which you asked to cancel the withdrawal as an exception because during that particular week the withdrawal was being recalled in which case we do not believe that it should count against you. This one has already been credited to your account.

I am very sorry but management is not willing to negotiate any further on this.

The 10% weekly casino rebate will be credited every Monday by 4pm EST.

The rebate is calculated between Monday to Sunday every week. We use the following formula to determine qualifying accounts:

Casino Wins - Casino Losses - Bonuses - Rewards Cash - Rebates = Casino Loss we then credit your account with 10% of this casino loss.
Please keep in mind that this rebate has no rollover.
Customers who have had a withdrawal in the last 30 days do not qualify for the weekly rebate. Lifetime winning accounts also do not qualify for rebates. There may be times when smaller rebates are credited contrary to these rules, however management still reserves the rights to deny all rebates for accounts who fall under these rules.
Rebate amount shall not exceed lifetime net loss amount.
To qualify for a rebate you must have made a deposit in the last 90 calendar days, and the rebate amount must be at least $1 (USD), lesser amounts will not be credited.
Management holds the right to deny a rebate if account is considered to be fraud or non-recreational play."

no where does it state that i would not qualify for the rebate my withdrawal was unsuccessful .

the withdrawal was not successful though. If the withdrawal was successful i would understand why you wouldnt be able to credit the rebate but that is not the case. you guys owe me $1700+ credit this is unacceptable

Will not assist with $2,500 withdrawal issue
So on Thursday January 14th i tried to make a withdrawal of $2500 that i have won and completed all requirements to be able to withdrawal but they said it will be deposit to the same way I had made the deposit. I used my Revolut account since it is a Mastercard card and for some reason, when i tried to use Visa, it rejects it every time. So I provided the info requested but i came to find out that Revolut doesn't accept international bank wire but at this time I have already submitted all the documentation b thru have requested. I called gossip Casino to find out from where was the deposit coming but they would not give me that information. Gossip Casino asked for proof that they really do not accept international bank wire deposits. At this point like 4 days already passed by going back and forward because Revolut was trying to help me locate the funds but they needed proof from Gossip that shows they really made the transaction and needed to know where was this deposit coming from. Gossip only thing they told me is that they made the deposit already and it went through and if they really don't accept international bank wires they should revert back the payment into the casino funds. It's been. A week since this happened and still noting. I don't know what else to do. I initially tried to do a bitcoin withdrawal but they wouldn't let me. I just want to get paid that is all, and at this time, who knows where that money is or if Iam ever going to get it.

Troubles with a Bank Wire Transfer
I am sorry for having to post this here, but It seems I can get nowhere with the casino reps. On 12/24 i cashed out 2350. After initiating the cashout I realized that the bank had closed the account for lack of use.( I only used that account for gambling) Realizing that the wire is going to be rejected I contacted the casino and I advised them of the situation. This was done the very next day. I was told we had to wait for the reply from the broker. I also provided a different account for the wire. I have been waiting ever since. I was asked last week to provide the tracking number from my bank that was on the rejection. I did provide that also. With that number, you can call the bank and get the disposition of the wire transfer within five minutes. We are going on day five and still no word from the broker? This is awful service. Not by the Casino but the broker. I have asked the casino numerous times to contact the broker but no one seems to be listening. This should be almost immediate and days are going by with no resolution. If I can get the info in five minutes, why can't the broker? I am hoping that a supervisor at Gossip can take a look and this and contact the broker to get this thing taken care of. I realize i am not the only customer, but I have been waiting and waiting without any response from the broker. The crew at Gossip are great, I think that they can do only what they are allowed to do. I want someone to go out of the box for this one. From my understanding the money never left their bank, it was rejected. Thank you in advance.
