Troubles with a Bank Wire Transfer
I requested a withdrawal of $20,000 on august 1st and was required to use the bank wire method for the first $2500 due to it only being my second withdrawal. So i submitted all of my verification forms and bank info then realized two days after processing that i still hadn’t received the funds in my bank account. which is strange since with my past withdrawals i have always received it with in 2-3 days. I then contacted customer support daily after that and no one would help with finding out what account number i submitted. finally on the 12th i managed to get ahold of a payout team member and they confirmed that the account number was wrong so they emailed the broker to cancel the wire. it has now been almost a week and still no update on whether or not they have canceled the wire and received the funds so that i can restart the wire process.
on top of this they took over a week to even process the initial withdrawal. so i was losing hope and had canceled over 17500 in withdrawals. and they wouldn’t credit my account for the 10% in loses i had incurred.
i don’t understand why they can’t just atleast credit my account for my losses if they’re going to lag with reissuing my bank wire for the $2500
