Free spin winnings not credited to account balance

So on Thursday January 14th i tried to make a withdrawal of $2500 that i have won and completed all requirements to be able to withdrawal but they said it will be deposit to the same way I had made the deposit. I used my Revolut account since it is a Mastercard card and for some reason, when i tried to use Visa, it rejects it every time. So I provided the info requested but i came to find out that Revolut doesn't accept international bank wire but at this time I have already submitted all the documentation b thru have requested. I called gossip Casino to find out from where was the deposit coming but they would not give me that information. Gossip Casino asked for proof that they really do not accept international bank wire deposits. At this point like 4 days already passed by going back and forward because Revolut was trying to help me locate the funds but they needed proof from Gossip that shows they really made the transaction and needed to know where was this deposit coming from. Gossip only thing they told me is that they made the deposit already and it went through and if they really don't accept international bank wires they should revert back the payment into the casino funds. It's been. A week since this happened and still noting. I don't know what else to do. I initially tried to do a bitcoin withdrawal but they wouldn't let me. I just want to get paid that is all, and at this time, who knows where that money is or if Iam ever going to get it.

Hello. My account in GossipSlots casino was closed at the time I was still playing with bonus. I had approximately 8930 EUR on the balance and active bonus. After it happened I contacted casino and asked about the issue. They requested document which I sent and on Jul 19 they replied that they are investigating my account. Still my account is closed and casino is not giving any information. Recently I posted a dispute on one of the casino review websites but casino refused to discuss it. Can you please help me here?

I requested a withdrawal of $20,000 on august 1st and was required to use the bank wire method for the first $2500 due to it only being my second withdrawal. So i submitted all of my verification forms and bank info then realized two days after processing that i still hadn’t received the funds in my bank account. which is strange since with my past withdrawals i have always received it with in 2-3 days. I then contacted customer support daily after that and no one would help with finding out what account number i submitted. finally on the 12th i managed to get ahold of a payout team member and they confirmed that the account number was wrong so they emailed the broker to cancel the wire. it has now been almost a week and still no update on whether or not they have canceled the wire and received the funds so that i can restart the wire process.

on top of this they took over a week to even process the initial withdrawal. so i was losing hope and had canceled over 17500 in withdrawals. and they wouldn’t credit my account for the 10% in loses i had incurred.

i don’t understand why they can’t just atleast credit my account for my losses if they’re going to lag with reissuing my bank wire for the $2500

I deposited 54 dollars with gossip using coupon code sat50, like I do every week for months. my free spins wouldn't load. I contact support through live chat and Sharon tells me i'm ineligible because I deposited more than 50 dollars and that I am not getting the bonus. I told her that I do this every week and then tell her according to the gossip website the sat50 coupons terms are make a deposit of 50 or more dollars to receive the free spins. I am so mad. Lately the live chat tells you completely inaccurate information and then after they don't solve the issue they tell you to contact a supervisor the next day after 10 am? I'm sure they are hoping I spend some of that 54 dollars so I'm not eligible any longer and that's why you have to wait for a "supervisor". So now after wasting an hour on live chat with Sharon, I'm in the same position I started, a 54 dollar deposit and NO FREE SPINS. They need to cleanup their customer service and have a supervisor available for situations like this or authorize their staff to add the spins. Tried making deposit on Saturday 8/29 got a message that said gateway timed out. In fact the funds were placed on hold, contact customer service was treated very poorly was told transaction declined. Sent in verification it was on hold. Monday 8/31 charge cleared my account immediately sent over documentation showing was charged and still have not been refunded. Have tried sending numerous emails only to have most of them ignored and the 2 that I have gotten responses from say it takes time to verify. I sent over verification don't understand the problem with crediting me back.

I am sorry for having to post this here, but It seems I can get nowhere with the casino reps. On 12/24 i cashed out 2350. After initiating the cashout I realized that the bank had closed the account for lack of use.( I only used that account for gambling) Realizing that the wire is going to be rejected I contacted the casino and I advised them of the situation. This was done the very next day. I was told we had to wait for the reply from the broker. I also provided a different account for the wire. I have been waiting ever since. I was asked last week to provide the tracking number from my bank that was on the rejection. I did provide that also. With that number, you can call the bank and get the disposition of the wire transfer within five minutes. We are going on day five and still no word from the broker? This is awful service. Not by the Casino but the broker. I have asked the casino numerous times to contact the broker but no one seems to be listening. This should be almost immediate and days are going by with no resolution. If I can get the info in five minutes, why can't the broker? I am hoping that a supervisor at Gossip can take a look and this and contact the broker to get this thing taken care of. I realize i am not the only customer, but I have been waiting and waiting without any response from the broker. The crew at Gossip are great, I think that they can do only what they are allowed to do. I want someone to go out of the box for this one. On 12/21 I was making a deposit into the casino for thirty dollars. An error occurred and it ended up doing two deposits for thirty dollars. I just found out today that was what had happened. All this time I thought that I never received the credit for that second thirty dollar deposit and it was going to go back onto my card. I should have been given a bonus on that second deposit but was never given an option on it..these deposits credited my acct about twenty seconds apart. It was during the days of Christmas promo and I had a bonus available for 100% that I should have received. I have asked live chat for the bonus and was refused. I was told that since I now have a pending payout that I was not eligible. What I am trying to explain is that payout was on a session two days later. That payout was requested after I had made another deposit into the casino two days later. Had the system worked correctly, I would have received the bonus on that second deposit. I am simply asking for a bonus to be granted on that second deposit. I would have been happy with anything on it , but I was told that I could receive only a fifty percent bonus on my next deposit which is a joke because I am eligible for a 100percent bonus anyway. without doing anything special. I am hoping this can be corrected and the bonus credited to my acct.
