So to try and make a long story short. I started to play on gogo casino about three weeks ago, resulting in only deposits, No withdrawals. I used trustly and BankID as a deposit method in all cases. On sunday 1st of december i played and managed to make a withdrawal on around 2000 euro. Made a withdrawl with the hope of getting my winnings on My bank account within 5 mins. Today is the 14th of december, so 13 days in the waiting. So What has happened? I have frequenltly since then been in contact with the casinos live chat function and spoken to several agents. The first couple of times i just got a standarized answer ”your account is stuck in a security check process, youll get an sms when we know more” after several desperate attempts they gave me a timeframe of up to a month. I feel security checks are fine, but the lack of information and the time frame of a month doesn’t feel ok. I still have No clue wheter i get My money or not. Like i said 13 days and waiting with, No information whatsoever except wait
