Ggbet block my account and giving me reason that I have more than account I told them that I have only account and I can give you the documents that have the same details of ggbet account. I registered ggbet account on 29 Mar now today I placed my withdrawal now they block my account on 22 April. Please help me.

Hello all,

Our security department conducted a thorough investigation, which revealed matches in network identifiers and devices used for logins, indicating the presence of multiple accounts associated with your profile. Additionally, our system also identified similarities in gaming activity and preferences.

These findings indicate a violation of rule 5.5.1 of our Terms of Service: "Each customer can only open one account on the website. Any additional accounts opened by a customer will be deemed duplicate accounts. We reserve the right to close such accounts, request documents from the customer to confirm their identity, and stop any activity on the accounts in question until the customer has confirmed their identity. In the event that a duplicate account has not been used intentionally to carry out activities using multiple accounts by a single customer, and provided that the relevant terms and conditions have not been breached, we may, at our discretion, allow the customer in question to withdraw any funds deposited to a duplicate account, minus any amount previously withdrawn, provided that all bets placed from said account are canceled. In the event that evidence of fraud is discovered, all bets will be voided and the accounts in question will be blocked without any funds being withdrawn."

Tried following up with customer support every day, but their answer has been the same: that it has been processed by the payment provider.

I have been a user of this site for years now, and I have only experienced this hell of a withdrawal now.

Their withdrawals usually take 30-60 minutes, but when I win big, they make it hard to withdraw my funds.

I do not recommend this site to new players because they make it very hard for you to get your withdrawal

Delayed payment

My withdrawals are stuck in the "New" status, not even getting processes by GGBet. It has been over two weeks now, and im getting the same generic response from support "Every withdrawal is handled separately, which may require some time for confirmation.
However, please be assured that we are doing our best to process it as soon as possible." I have asked for on estimate for the arrival of my funds, but they refused to/ were unable to give me one. I am not getting any updates or anything. My account is fully KYC verified, and i am in the highest possible leauge on GGBet. Complaint regarding second delayed payment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

This is my second time filing a formal complaint against GGBET due to their persistent and malicious withdrawal delays.

I submitted a withdrawal of 2,876 CNY on June 17 and another one of 2,500 CNY on June 18.

(Account ID and Transaction ID have been provided)

As of today, both of these transactions are still stuck in the "under review/verification" stage. Every single time I reach out to their customer support for an update, I am met with nothing but useless, robotic, and copy-pasted responses.

My account has been fully verified before, and I have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times without any issues.

I hope the AskGamblers team can intervene once again to investigate this unfair treatment

23/04/2026 I submitted a withdrawal of 65.7 USD, it is currently 4 days and still counting without it be paid. Whenever I chatted with their support their response are always the same excuses, I have waited enough now I am afraid that I might lose my money if care is not taken, I have tried all I could for them to pay me my money still they never.

When I go through their terms and conditions it was stated that withdraw only takes 24 hours, however my withdrawal has long exceeded.
