Hello.

I have a pending withdrawal since January 8 of this year.

It's been 20 days and I still haven't received it.

From the site, they do not give me any answer as to when the withdrawal will be made.

My first withdrawal was made in less than 24 hours with the same payment method.

I need your help to resolve this issue.
