A sincere request from a loyal player since 2023

I have been a loyal user of GGBET since 2023. At my peak, I held a balance of over $3,600 USD.

I genuinely love this platform for its diversity in Esports markets. The "Cash Out" feature is fantastic—it saved me from many bad beats by allowing me to secure winnings before a game turned around. You cover almost every match imaginable. Even when I lost my previous balance, I still respected GGBET as a top-tier platform.

I returned in 2026 because the markets are still the best in the industry. However, the withdrawal experience has completely deteriorated.

In the past, customer support was helpful and human; they would guide me to try smaller withdrawals (like $200 or $600) to ensure success, and money would arrive within 24-48 hours. Now, that efficiency is gone. It has been replaced by indefinite delays and silence.

It is painful to feel this level of disappointment after returning to a platform I used to trust and love. I am currently stuck in limbo, just waiting.

I would like to emphasize that my account is fully verified. I have already completed all KYC requirements, and customer support has explicitly confirmed that my documents are in order and my identity is verified. Withdrawal requests remain unprocessed despite 1000 USDT limit compliance and repeated technical reasons

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:
