I am filing this complaint against GG.BET regarding a withdrawal of approximately $1,000 USD that has been delayed for over 10 days without a valid explanation.

Detailed Timeline:

March 1st: I requested a withdrawal via Binance Payout.

March 3rd: After the initial 48-hour window, the status changed to "In Progress."

March 4th: Customer support informed me that the funds were sent to the payment provider. They stated a firm deadline of March 9th, 23:59 UTC for the funds to arrive.

March 10th (Present): The deadline has passed. Support now claims the delay is due to "technical reasons" and cannot provide any specific timeframe for resolution.

The Issue:
I have been a loyal and active user of GG.BET for three years. I have completed all necessary KYC procedures, and my account is in good standing. Both live chat and email support continue to provide scripted responses, blaming the "payment provider" while offering no proof of the transaction or a concrete solution.

As a veteran user, I find this "technical issue" excuse unacceptable. The lack of transparency and the failure to meet their own stated deadlines is deeply concerning.

As apparent from the latest posts, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

Should the player face issues with any oustanding withdrawal requests or payments which were not part of the present case or payments referring to another casino operator, the player is welcome to submit a separate complaint.

Following GG.BET's response, I have now re-submitted two new withdrawal requests to facilitate the 'technical' resolution they claimed.

However, I want to clarify for the AskGamblers team: I am doing this under protest. This does NOT excuse the 10-day delay or the fact that GG.BET misrepresented my transaction history in their previous reply.

Misleading Information: The "successfully processed" transactions GG.BET mentioned were either small amounts from weeks ago or minor successful attempts during this 10-day ordeal. They have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the $1,000 withdrawal that was stalled for 10 days and then rejected.Binance Payout is instant, 10 days of "technical issues" is a lie.

I expect these new requests to be processed IMMEDIATELY without another 48-hour wait. I will keep this complaint OPEN until the funds are fully credited to my Binance account. Let’s see if the 'technical reasons' are truly resolved.

We’re sorry that the mentioned transaction was delayed. Unfortunately, it was automatically canceled due to technical reasons. Our support team therefore recommended creating a new withdrawal request so it could be processed correctly.

As far as we can see, after that transaction you created several other withdrawal requests, which were successfully processed and credited to your account. Therefore, there is no reason for concern.

UPDATE: GG.BET just REJECTED my 10-day pending withdrawal and pushed the money back to my balance without my consent! This is a clear tactic to reset the waiting time and avoid paying.

I am asking the AskGamblers team to hold GG.BET accountable for this "delay-and-reset" tactic.

Withdrawal requests remain unprocessed despite 1000 USDT limit compliance and repeated technical reasons

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:

My demand: I request that GGbet Casino immediately:

1. Process all withdrawal requests I have initiated and ensure the remaining funds are fully paid out.(7404USDT)

2. Provide a specific and concrete timeline for when the withdrawals will be received, rather than dismissing the issue with vague “technical reasons”.
