I am writing to share my deeply frustrating experience with GG.BET, involving two unresolved live blackjack issues and extremely poor customer service.

The first issue occurred back in 8th october, when I placed a €24 bet on blackjack (ID: 019269­d0-­974­b-7­31a­-b4­7d-­29d­f16­fab­a2f). The result was a push, yet the casino incorrectly discredited my €24 stake. This was followed by a second issue next day, where I placed a €25 bet in blackjack and won (ID: 019272­ee-­dc4­c-7­257­-96­ce-­880­16d­d16­72d). Instead of my account showing €50 (the initial bet plus the winnings), the casino treated the bet as a loss and left my account without the bet amount and winnings.

These errors are clearly visible in my game transaction history, and resolving them should be as simple as reviewing the blackjack results. However, despite contacting GG.BET live support approximately 10 times over a period of more than two months, I’ve received nothing but vague assurances that the issue would be resolved “as soon as possible.” To date, no progress has been made, and I am left without the funds that Im rightfully owed.

The lack of action from GG.BET is unacceptable, especially considering the simplicity of the issue. This experience has left me feeling that the casino is either unwilling or unable to ensure fair play and proper resolution of disputes.

I urge you to take this complaint seriously and bring it to the attention of others who might consider playing at gg.bet. Players deserve transparency, fairness, and timely customer support – all of which this casino has failed to provide.
