I initially won 12 million HUF and requested a withdrawal to my bank card.

The system automatically split the amount into 175,000 HUF transactions.

None of these withdrawals was paid.

The casino then requested income verification.

As I am unemployed and played with my own funds, I could not provide such document.

Support advised me to use another withdrawal method.

I continued playing ,and my balance increased to approximately 50 million HUF.

I later requested withdrawals to Skrill and crypto.

I received:

- 850,000 HUF

- 375,000 HUF

- 95,000 HUF (Skrill)

After this, the casino limited withdrawals to 375,000 HUF per transaction.

Currently, I have multiple withdrawals pending:

- 4 crypto withdrawals of 375,000 HUF each since February 17

- 4–5 Skrill withdrawals pending for over 24 hours

My account is fully verified.

Support only sends generic replies and provides no timeframes.

The issue has been ongoing since January 31st.

I request AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this case and obtaining my pending withdrawals.

As far as we can see, all transactions that were being processed have now been automatically canceled due to a mismatch between the requested withdrawal amount and the available balance in your account.

All transactions were being processed gradually, so we recommend waiting until they are fully completed before using the funds in the game.

Withdrawal requests remain unprocessed despite 1000 USDT limit compliance and repeated technical reasons

I am filing this complaint against GGbet Casino regarding my account which has been placed under a betting limit, making me unable to open the live chat window and contact support.

Current situation:

• My account has fully completed KYC verification and all turnover/wagering requirements.

• On March 31, 2026, after winning several bets on the same day, my account was immediately placed under a betting limit.

• I am completely unable to open the live chat support window.

• I submitted a withdrawal request for 2000 USDT on March 31, 2026. However, on April 1, 2026, the withdrawal was rejected with the reason “technical reasons”.

• Since then, I have made multiple additional withdrawal attempts, all of which were also rejected. The withdrawal IDs are as follows:

I have already contacted [email protected] multiple times via email, requesting the immediate processing of my withdrawal, but have received no resolution or clear timeline to date.

My demand: I request that GGbet Casino immediately:

1. Process all withdrawal requests I have initiated and ensure the remaining funds are fully paid out.(7404USDT)

2. Provide a specific and concrete timeline for when the withdrawals will be received, rather than dismissing the issue with vague “technical reasons”.
