Used to play on GGBET all the time had no issues whatsoever.

On April 10, 2024 I purchased a Bonus buy on the slot GGBET Joker since I had never tried it. It was $52 for the $1 bonus buy, It took my money and said I haven't purchased the Bonus. Since I've put in my complaint to support and they tell me its their top priority to figure out my issue and help me get my money back but It still isn't back. I talk to support now and its almost like they're laughing at me and cant tell me what's going on. I want to resolve this because $52 shouldn't just go missing, and shouldn't take months to get resolved.

Any help on the situation would be awesome! I've attached a screenshot of my chat last night with the live support about it being months since I was told it would be resolved and got the same (we will email you soon) message.
