Hi, I've been a loyal bettor of GGbet since 2018.

I made a recent withdrawal of two amounts of 108 usd and 36 usd to my Gcash account.

Usually the withdrawals are instant and are often instant. I waited for 3 days and was still not credited. I reached out to support which was no help and said to wait 5 days so I waited.

Then all of a sudden the funds are back to my real balance and it says thay my withdrawal got rejected. Reached out to support again and they said there was an issue on the system which I do not believe because In the 3 days I waited i was able to deposit and win again 34.50 usd and 16.15 withdraw it and it was credited to my GCASH account right away.

Now, I withdrew the funds again and it's now ah total of 140 usd.

I am now filing this complaint because I want to resolve this ASAP becausw the GGbet support team has been no help at all.

Hi GG.bet Casino Please respond right away, saw the recent complaints. Many complaints are similar to mine, this goes to show that you guys are not really fixing withdrawal issues right away. This is probably a type of delaying tactic of yours to maintain good cashflow.

These got rejected again.

I was able to withdraw the 90 usd. the only remaining is 50 usd, please fix asap.

Dear GG.bet Casino,

Your response is respectfully not making any sense, I chose the Gcash withdrawal method again and it was successfully withdrawn (50$ and 40$) Those are the once who got rejected today so I do not have a problem with that.


The problem that I have is the remaining 50$ that was requested to be withdrawn 2 days ago which is still in progress (Take note this was rejected from 5 days ago as well)

If that gets rejected again ok I will use a different withdrawal method but I do not see why I have to since I got the withdrawals from the same payment method with no issues.

BOTTOM LINE IS: Fix your withdrawal system as I have experienced (Not only me as far as I researched) that this has been an ongoing issue.

This gives us thought and question your credibility as an online casino. And from my point of view and this is my opinion, you are withholding winnings from your bettors and giving excuses like there was a technical difficulty with our system etc.

This is not true at all. I have had numerous of payout issues throughout the years and it have come to the point that I know how your style is. Please cancel it and I will use a different payment method.
