First big withdrawal delayed

Hello, Askgamblers team:

On October 13, 2025, I requested a $1,100 withdrawal. Transaction ID is b27d68a1-c090-4433-a1cf-50983b51d8c8. It's been 12 days since I submitted this withdrawal, and I've never seen a gamblers take more than 3 days to process a withdrawal.

I deeply trust GGBET, so I've been playing on the site hoping to win more, including esports, sports, slots, baccarat, and more. This was my first withdrawal, but it went awry. First, they asked me to verify my identity and made me wait a day. Even after I passed the verification, they still wouldn't process my withdrawal, and customer service offered no help at all.Customer service always repeats the same words like "numerous checks". Given the number of similar complaints on AskGamblers, I feel very nervous that GGBET is indefinitely delaying my withdrawal.

Hope Askgamblers help me solve this case.

Tried following up with customer support every day, but their answer has been the same: that it has been processed by the payment provider.

I have been a user of this site for years now, and I have only experienced this hell of a withdrawal now.

Their withdrawals usually take 30-60 minutes, but when I win big, they make it hard to withdraw my funds.

I do not recommend this site to new players because they make it very hard for you to get your withdrawal

Delayed payment

My withdrawals are stuck in the "New" status, not even getting processes by GGBet. It has been over two weeks now, and im getting the same generic response from support "Every withdrawal is handled separately, which may require some time for confirmation.
However, please be assured that we are doing our best to process it as soon as possible." I have asked for on estimate for the arrival of my funds, but they refused to/ were unable to give me one. I am not getting any updates or anything. My account is fully KYC verified, and i am in the highest possible leauge on GGBet. Support even told me that my account status is normal, and good for withdrawals.
I am hoping that the AskGamblers team can help me resolve this issue.

Complaint regarding second delayed payment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

This is my second time filing a formal complaint against GGBET due to their persistent and malicious withdrawal delays.

I submitted a withdrawal of 2,876 CNY on June 17 and another one of 2,500 CNY on June 18.

(Account ID and Transaction ID have been provided)

As of today, both of these transactions are still stuck in the "under review/verification" stage. Every single time I reach out to their customer support for an update, I am met with nothing but useless, robotic, and copy-pasted responses.

My account has been fully verified before, and I have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times without any issues.

I hope the AskGamblers team can intervene once again to investigate this unfair treatment

23/04/2026 I submitted a withdrawal of 65.7 USD, it is currently 4 days and still counting without it be paid. Whenever I chatted with their support their response are always the same excuses, I have waited enough now I am afraid that I might lose my money if care is not taken, I have tried all I could for them to pay me my money still they never.

When I go through their terms and conditions it was stated that withdraw only takes 24 hours, however my withdrawal has long exceeded.
