Delayed payment and incorrect information

According to GGBets own T&Cs they process payments in excess of 300 euro within 5 business days. This is not my experience. I requested a withdrawal on 7/1/23 and its still outstanding. I was informed incorrectly by support it was currently being processed and would be in my account on the 14th. There is still no sign of it. Ive just received an email from support to say Skrill is not supported as a withdrawal method in my country. This is absolute nonsense. I use it at many casinos without issue. I'm becoming very worried this casino is a scam. Hopefully you can assist.

Happy to say GGBet have paid my winnings and this issue can be closed off. While I'm grateful about this outcome I don't understand what is going on with the payments side of GGBet. Why couldn't it be processed through Skrill? Also I've never been asked for any verification documents and this seems strange too. The whole thing caused a lot of stress and I'm not sure I would care to repeat the process which is a shame as there are a lot of good points about the Casino. Thanks for your assistance Askgamblers.

The amount of the withdrawal is Eur515.37. Today i have resubmitted the withdrawal as requested by support to put it through my Visa instead - I have never made a deposit by Visa but I've done it as requested. The payment has now been split into two. 1 payment for 400 and another for 115.37. None of this makes any sense but there you go.

I am filing this formal complaint against GG.BET regarding an uncredited deposit issue that has been unresolved for over 30 days.

However, I have only received repetitive template responses, vague excuses regarding name discrepancies, and zero actual assistance or resolution.

I kindly request the assistance of the AGCCS team to mediate this case so that GG.BET either credits the funds to my account or issues a full refund. All relevant proofs (payment receipt, gateway payment screen, balance screenshots, and support chat transcripts) are attached to this complaint.

Tried following up with customer support every day, but their answer has been the same: that it has been processed by the payment provider.

I have been a user of this site for years now, and I have only experienced this hell of a withdrawal now.

Their withdrawals usually take 30-60 minutes, but when I win big, they make it hard to withdraw my funds.

I do not recommend this site to new players because they make it very hard for you to get your withdrawal

Delayed payment

My withdrawals are stuck in the "New" status, not even getting processes by GGBet. It has been over two weeks now, and im getting the same generic response from support "Every withdrawal is handled separately, which may require some time for confirmation.
However, please be assured that we are doing our best to process it as soon as possible." I have asked for on estimate for the arrival of my funds, but they refused to/ were unable to give me one. I am not getting any updates or anything. My account is fully KYC verified, and i am in the highest possible leauge on GGBet. Support even told me that my account status is normal, and good for withdrawals.

Complaint regarding second delayed payment

Hello AskGamblers Team,

This is my second time filing a formal complaint against GGBET due to their persistent and malicious withdrawal delays.

I submitted a withdrawal of 2,876 CNY on June 17 and another one of 2,500 CNY on June 18.

(Account ID and Transaction ID have been provided)

As of today, both of these transactions are still stuck in the "under review/verification" stage. Every single time I reach out to their customer support for an update, I am met with nothing but useless, robotic, and copy-pasted responses.

My account has been fully verified before, and I have successfully deposited and withdrawn funds multiple times without any issues.

I hope the AskGamblers team can intervene once again to investigate this unfair treatment

23/04/2026 I submitted a withdrawal of 65.7 USD, it is currently 4 days and still counting without it be paid.
