According to GGBets own T&Cs they process payments in excess of 300 euro within 5 business days. This is not my experience. I requested a withdrawal on 7/1/23 and its still outstanding. I was informed incorrectly by support it was currently being processed and would be in my account on the 14th. There is still no sign of it. Ive just received an email from support to say Skrill is not supported as a withdrawal method in my country. This is absolute nonsense. I use it at many casinos without issue. I'm becoming very worried this casino is a scam. Hopefully you can assist.

The amount of the withdrawal is Eur515.37. Today i have resubmitted the withdrawal as requested by support to put it through my Visa instead - I have never made a deposit by Visa but I've done it as requested. The payment has now been split into two. 1 payment for 400 and another for 115.37. None of this makes any sense but there you go.

Happy to say GGBet have paid my winnings and this issue can be closed off. While I'm grateful about this outcome I don't understand what is going on with the payments side of GGBet. Why couldn't it be processed through Skrill? Also I've never been asked for any verification documents and this seems strange too. The whole thing caused a lot of stress and I'm not sure I would care to repeat the process which is a shame as there are a lot of good points about the Casino. Thanks for your assistance Askgamblers.
