lied they processed my only 50 euro lol

Number 1 Scam Futuriti casino was making trouble my pay out only 50 euro from last 2 weeks.After send them my photo holding Id they told me they had processed my only 50 euro 3 days ago but I know very well they did n't do that. Several times contacting with support (though they are worst support I ever seen) they confirmed me I should receive my payment but its absolutely nothing in my eco payz balance. Moreover ecopayz support had been confirmed me they did n't receive any payments from FUTURITI casino from last 3 days where it should show within 1-2 hours if somebody transfer into there. So, its very easy to guess what are they really practicing by the name of casino!!! They are very interesting too so I wanted to post this complain for all players to make them aware and recommend them stay far away from this scam.Thank you.

My main point of this complain was not only payment but heaps of troubles I suffered from futuriti casino what I founded so many complains from other players into this forum.When I tried to receive deposit match bonus 200% after my deposit,neither live support nor email support helped me to get that though their live support is maximum times unavailable.On the other hand,after sent them too many documents for only 50 euro withdraw they had sent me 5 days ago that my payment had been sent.But several times I had contacted with ecopayz support with reference id they had confirmed me that there were nothing sent to them,if sent then it should be appear within maximum 1 hour as they told me.Though I had received 50 euro from them yesterday ,thats mean futuriti had sent yesterday but not 5 days ago.Thank you Askgamblers team,this complain has been resolved.

According to the audit, it was revealed that the player with the login «iftekhar007» does not output anything, since he had no deposits and no movement with real funds. But confirm that the player with the login «polash29» € 50 was derived by ecopayz. If payment is not until he came, then you should first contact the customer support FUTURITI, and in its absence is to write to the forum. Measures have already been taken and there is a check of all financial movements.

non payout of winnings

Upon playing the casino and enjoying the many games on offer and making a few deposits i finally won some money.

Upon trying to withdraw these funds.

1- my first withdrawl was cancelled by the casino.. no reason given at all,

i called up and they claimed they had phone issues - theire live chat wasnt working either.

so i wait and wait and end loosining some more money before cashing out.

again on cashing out futriti have thrown up excuse after excuse..

they asked me for my documents for my small win. but they accept my deposits hassle free no questions asked !!!!!!

i provide all the documents - they deny they recieved them.. i send them again.. 3 days later they want the documents again claiming the file size is too small.. the file size was huge.. full screen images.. sadly the casino is choosing to open the file in a small file size and keep on denying me my money..

ive rung up 9 times... its "that department is dealing with it, but they clsoed now etc

i then recieve an email telling my accounts are blocked.. they closed it down i cannot log in or anything.

according to futuriti i had two accounts.. one ive never used to gain or deposit money into.

i dont even claim the bonuses in my account and simply deposit my own funds and take my chance..

what really offends me is the service.. the rude attitude..the attiude of we are not paying you your money

its been almost a week now and im still no nearer to withdrawing my funds..

infact now they blocked and closed my account im stuffed..

due to the offshore location theire is no way or getting my money..

i am gutted totally gutted. i had planned to treat my kids to a west end show in london as a xmas treat..

sadly as they wont pay me i wont be able to afford it as it is several hunsred pounds.

what also disgusts me is how the casino accept your deposits as they card processing hasd to legally check the card is your upon depositing.. this has never casued me an issue as im a genuine customer ..

im truly gutted..

i can only stress to everyone do not play this casino as you will not get paid out. Also te Rusian call centre is a big concern.

Again im gutted so gutted.
