Withdrawal request not available since February 9th
Dear AskGamblers Team,
On February 9, I made a deposit of PLN 500 on excitewin.com via Litecoin. Then I placed a bet for the entire deposit amount. The bet turned out to be a winner, so I decided to withdraw the funds (950 PLN) to my crypto wallet, but I couldn't do it because in the "Withdrawal" tab I got the message "You must first make a deposit to be able to request a withdrawal". During your live chat, I received information that there was a technical problem and that my payment would be ordered manually by the appropriate department of your company.
Unfortunately, till now my payment has still not been ordered. I am becoming more and more concerned about this situation.
I have contacted Excitewin multiple times via email (never got an answer) and via live chat (they answer but can not help me). Our chat always looks the same as I uploaded you in the attachment.
I would kindly like to ask you for your help to receive my funds.
