Withdrawal delays problem

Excitewin.com are trying to scam me leaving me with a poor experiences.

It's becoming so frustrating that i have no other choice but to cry out for your intervention towards getting my overdue withdrawal paid to me, because excitewin.com are unwilling to pay me my money of 21 USD, so many times I complaint to them regarding why my withdrawal is unpaid via their provided email and online support but none yielded no results as I keep exercising patient without getting no feedback, I have sent text massages via email requesting why my withdrawal was excessively delaying but sadly no updates came by.

I went through their website terms and conditions, it was clearly stated that withdrawals only take maximum of 3 business days, 3 working days has passed plus extra 3 days yet I still haven't got my money paid or receive any response regarding the whereabouts of my money via email.

Each time I chat them you I keep getting false hope automated message without not successful result making everything frustrating even more, also i made a search and I found out that there are many people with similar issues.

Withdrawal delay

I would like to submit a complaint against ExciteWin Casino regarding my pending withdrawal.

I requested a withdrawal of €500 via Revolut bank transfer on 22/05/2026. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in "Under Review" status and has not been approved or processed.

I have contacted the live chat support multiple times. Each time I receive the same response that my withdrawal will be processed soon, but no progress has been made and no clear explanation has been provided.

I have attached screenshots showing the withdrawal request, date, amount, and current status.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue and help ensure that my withdrawal is processed.

Delayed withdrawal Excitewin

I have two pending withdrawals at Excitewin Casino that have not been processed.

The first withdrawal is €450, which was won from a bonus and is available as real cash. This withdrawal has been pending since last Friday.

The second withdrawal is €60, which came from my own €30 Bitcoin deposit. This withdrawal has been pending since last Sunday.

I have contacted support many times, but I only receive the same standard response telling me to wait. I have not received any useful information or assistance, and both withdrawals remain pending.

I would like my withdrawals to be processed or a clear explanation for the delay.

Casino doesn't want to pay 1020 EUR

Hello,

I would like to file a complaint against ExciteWin Casino regarding my pending withdrawals that were falsely marked as “completed”.

I have successfully withdrawn money from this casino in the past without any issues. However, since last week, every withdrawal I request is marked as completed in their system, while no money is arriving to my bank account.

Here are the key points:

• I currently have €1020 in my casino balance.

• I did not play this balance. I only attempted to withdraw it.

• The casino keeps telling me different excuses (“technical issues”, “payment provider error”, “try again”), but nothing is resolved.

• I received automated emails stating that my withdrawals were “completed”, but my bank confirmed no incoming transfers at all.

• Support agents from the casino are giving inconsistent information every day.

• This situation has been ongoing for more than a week.

I believe the casino is intentionally delaying or blocking my payout without any valid reason. I am fully verified (KYC complete), and all my information is correct.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and help me receive my money, as the casino is not providing a real explanation or solution.

Withdrawal overdue

This casino are unwilling to pay up my withdrawal of 170 USD for over 4 days, I discussed with the live support, however their response are always the same which make me so frustrated and the reason I am making this complaint, because without it I strongly believe I won't get paid anytime soon. My withdrawal is being delayed and then declined after the delays.. I am awaiting for a resolution immediately since I request a withdrawal according to all rules and did it before (they also were delaying it for a month last time).. Excitewin.com is trying to scam me out of my money, leaving me with a bad experience.

It's becoming so frustrating that I must cry out for your intervention on this matter.

My withdrawal of 75 USD with excitewin.com is currently 11 days old, and it seems I won't get paid if I fail to make this complaint.

According to their website terms and conditions, it was written that withdrawals take a maximum of 3 working days to get approved, but sadly, my withdrawal is currently over 10 days of endless waiting without being processed.

Each time I chat with them, their response are constantly the same, asking me to exercise patience without achieving anything at the end, making everything even more frustrating.

Excitewin not paying out withdrawals

I requested a withdrawal 3 times and got rejected everytime without any reasoning. I chose the bank transfer option which they suggested but still no result. I lost thousands on this site and the withdrawal amount id 140000 HUF (~350 Euros) and they are not paying even such a small amount. So since 3 weeks almost they haven't paid and I never deposited or played on the site while my withdrawal is not being processed. Also now it’s even impossible to request a withdrawal cause I'm getting errors and failures on their site (depositing is 1 second and the system is perfect but withdrawal takes forever and always errors, issues so they don't pay).

Ecxitewin Casino - Wont pay out nor communicate

I made a withdrawal request for 400 euros to the ecxitew casino, which was accepted and put into payment on the same day. The money still hasn't arrived in my account, even though it's been two weeks since the withdrawal. I have contacted the support team by e-mail more than ten times without getting any answer. I have asked for the reference number of the payment or other proof of the payment without getting any answer. I get kicked out of the live chat or told that the delay is the bank's fault. Can you help me with this.

Cancelled withdraws 1000 EUR

I made a withdrawal request on 10.3.2024 and asked numerous times from live chat, and they told me everything was ok and nothing to worry about. Payment just has been delayed and I will get an e-mail when its paid.

Well today, after a week of waiting. My both withdrawals were canceled without a reason.

Casino still shows me, that no additional verify needed, so that is not the case.

Made my withdrawals using the same method as depositing (Zimpler) and have not used any bonuses.

This is 1000€ I'm talking about.

Hello, for the SuperBowl I deposited €200 via Bitcoin without a bonus. I won a bet with 1200 € and I wanted to pay it out. Upon multiple requests from support, I was repeatedly confirmed that the payout was in progress. However, since the 9th February no payment received on multiple requests whether documents or documents are missing, I was denied this. The payment has not been made after 14 days to date.
