Withdrawal delays problem

Excitewin.com are trying to scam me leaving me with a poor experiences.

It's becoming so frustrating that i have no other choice but to cry out for your intervention towards getting my overdue withdrawal paid to me, because excitewin.com are unwilling to pay me my money of 21 USD, so many times I complaint to them regarding why my withdrawal is unpaid via their provided email and online support but none yielded no results as I keep exercising patient without getting no feedback, I have sent text massages via email requesting why my withdrawal was excessively delaying but sadly no updates came by.

I went through their website terms and conditions, it was clearly stated that withdrawals only take maximum of 3 business days, 3 working days has passed plus extra 3 days yet I still haven't got my money paid or receive any response regarding the whereabouts of my money via email.

Each time I chat them you I keep getting false hope automated message without not successful result making everything frustrating even more, also i made a search and I found out that there are many people with similar issues.
