This casino does not pay bonuses even if you follow all the bonus rules

I made a deposit of 200€ and bet 4 x 50€ with odds over 1.5. After this, I should have been paid the bonus, but the casino refused to pay the bonus. I followed all the rules of the bonus, but the casino refused to pay that bonus. I asked why they don't pay me the bonus and they answered that they can deny the bonus at any time without telling me the reason for this.

How can this even be possible? I made a deposit and credentials to this casino only because I would get bonus money.

We would like to stress the following parts of article 7.3 of our Terms and Conditions: * The denial of bonus is performed at our sole and absolute discretion.

• In the event of any dispute regarding our promotions (including, without limitation, eligibility, use, abuse, fair play, calculation of winnings and wagering requirements) Company’s decision shall be final and non-negotiable.

We would like to add that it is advisable to check bonus availability via chat/email before depositing the funds.
