I won 6800 euros at excitewin and have only received 1500 euros so far. My next payout has been on the list for 8 days but I'm not getting it. When I write to support, they just tell me that I have to be patient. But I have the feeling that they don't want to pay. How long can they take my payout? I applied for my last payout on April 27th and I still haven't received the money. I need help to get my money please.

As indicated from our previous reply, the payments are being issued and the payments department never failed to actually pay the player.
That clearly means that there are no actual problems in payouts unlike the title of this thread indicates.
For future updates we will be informing the player personally using his email address as we do with the rest of our players in these circumstances, not a public forum.
