Payment is delayed over ten days

Hello,

I made a withdrawal request on November 9, ten days have already passed and still no progress. First i was asked to confirm the gaming account and i sent all dokuments what they asked for, then two days after that they asked more dokuments, again i sent all what they asked for. Live chat is 24/7, but they cannot help. What to do now?, i ask for help, because ten days is way too much for withdrawal. Amount is "only" 250 euros and i didn't broke any rules with my welcome bonus.
