Cancelled withdraws 1000 EUR


I made a withdrawal request on 10.3.2024 and asked numerous times from live chat, and they told me everything was ok and nothing to worry about. Payment just has been delayed and I will get an e-mail when its paid.

Well today, after a week of waiting. My both withdrawals were canceled without a reason.

Casino still shows me, that no additional verify needed, so that is not the case.

Made my withdrawals using the same method as depositing (Zimpler) and have not used any bonuses.

This is 1000€ I'm talking about.

Please help.

First 500e withdraw completed right now. Now last one pending, hope i get that too.

After they cancelled those withdraws, there are still no KYC need or available to do and they stopped answer me from the support.

Casino is btw not anymore under curacao lisence, it is under Estonian license nowdays.
