Exceptionally Late Payments
I withdrew winnings of £600 on the 9th April 2017. On the 26th April I received an email thus:-
Hi Fraan,
I have added £600 cash into your Dr Vegas account.
This is in lieu of the failed transaction from the 9th.
Please activate the cash bonus in your lobby and withdraw.
We will then approve it through the new payment gateway.
I’m very sorry for the delay and for the inconvenience and many thanks for your patience and your cooperation.
Kind Regards,

I activated the bonus and withdrew the £600 again. It had not been authorised for payment by the 28th April so I emailed thus:
Re the failed withdrawal payment transaction of the 9th, and our emails of the 26th.
I had hoped that authorisation would be expedited in this instance.
I do not feel it is equitable for me to wait even longer for it to be authorised for payment.

Their same day reply was-
I do apologies. I thought it had been approved by the finance team. I will sort it out now.

On the 29th April it had not been authorised for payment so I sent yet another email, thus:
Yet again I need to draw your attention to the fact that the withdrawal of £600 has not yet been authorised. This really is too bad. However it is sadly very much in line with the deliberate delaying of payments adopted by this site during the past year.
I have not received a reply and the payment has still not been authorised.
I have other outstanding withdrawals, the oldest being 22nd April which is still awaiting authorisation as of today, 2nd May 2017.
The casino only seem to authorise a withdrawal for payment after it has been sitting on the list for at least a week. I understood their terms and conditions to mention that payment would be made within 3 to 5 days of the request.
This used to be the best site for fast payment and had excellent Customer Service too. Nowadays, it appears to be one of the worst. It is a very great shame and spoils all enjoyment.
