I made two withdrawals from Eurofortune casino totalling £75.50 on Oct 3rd, details shown below:

These have not yet appeared in my Skrill account. I completed a security documents request on 07/10/14 and have made multiple attempts to contact Eurofortune about this issue - emails have not been returned whilst online chat promises their finance dept will be in touch with me but they have not. Please can you help?

Hello there,

To complete a withdrawal, you must first submit and receive notice that your documents were processed. We have not gotten your ID.

Second, by term 4.14. The minimum amount for a withdrawal is 100 €/$/£., so you must have at least this balance to withdraw.

I have today re-submitted my security documents to the following e-mail addresses: docume­nts­@eu­rof­ort­une­; suppor­[email protected]­uro­for­tun­ega­; [email protected]­rof­ort­une­gam­ - please can you email me to confirm receipt.

As for the £100 minimum withdrawal - your application clearly shows the minimum withdrawal via Skrill as £25 - see the attached image. I even made a second deposit using Skrill to confirm the account. I'm sure you can understand why I feel that I am being ripped off here, it has been well over a month since I tried to make these withdrawals and the only 'support' I have been able to obtain is via this independent website, with a far from satisfactory resolution thus far. Please take all steps you can to resolve this for me.

Dear AskGamblers,

Many thanks for following up. I received a reply to my emailed verification documents from the address docume­nts­@21­gra­ndc­asi­ on 18/11, requesting a further piece of documentation. I provided this as requested on 19/11 and requested confirmation of receipt but have not had any further reply from Eurofortune. The withdrawals have still not been credited to my Skrill account.

Regarding the £100 withdrawal 'requirement' I would point out there are several other resolved complaint on this website for amounts lower than this so it does not seem to be a consistently applied rule. This is by far the most difficulty I have ever had in withdrawing from a casino and I have used many - I would really appreciate any further help you or Eurofortune can provide in getting this resolved.
