Eurofortune Casino - Has not paid me

More than 6 weeks ago, I deposited 25e at EuroFortune and won 250e. I have sent countless emails to apparently false adresses, and online chat staff could not help me. It has been more than a month since I sent all the necessary documents for withdrawal, and still nothing. Is Eurofortune a scam ??
