Ecxitewin Casino - Wont pay out nor communicate

I made a withdrawal request for 400 euros to the ecxitew casino, which was accepted and put into payment on the same day. The money still hasn't arrived in my account, even though it's been two weeks since the withdrawal. I have contacted the support team by e-mail more than ten times without getting any answer. I have asked for the reference number of the payment or other proof of the payment without getting any answer. I get kicked out of the live chat or told that the delay is the bank's fault. Can you help me with this.

Hi. I just got an email from zimbler saying the late payment was their fault. The payment was stuck in their system. The payment was promised to be processed within two days. The matter has been completed from my side. Thank you for your help in processing the matter. Thanks also to excitew casino for providing me with the missing information.
