Withdrawal still pending and zero communication
On February 3rd, I requested a withdrawal from Dreamscasino, $2500 (less the bonus). I completed the HOOYU documentation process and I was approved. I also completed the required credit card form authorization, explaining I only use Bitcoin for payment. The documentation process was identical to Captain Jacks’ casino so I also emailed a selfie photo holding a local paper with the date shown. I have sent messages via chat, spending a great deal of time repeating/holding for a response to be put off and told to expect a call back within the next couple of days. I inquired as to the best phone number to call for my questions only to be told that they no longer have phone customer support. I still have not been asked for my Bitcoin wallet address for payment. After almost three weeks, I’m still waiting to find out why my withdrawal hasn’t funded or what I still need to provide to close this request.
