Withdrawal is taking too long
I initiated a withdrawal with Dreams Casino. On February 22, I was told that the documents I submitted in order to initiate a withdrawal were sufficient by Dreams support via email. On February 23, the withdrawal was initiated. On February 27th, I was told that my Bitcoin address had been updated and that my payment/withdrawal information was complete. I have consistently contacted support/live chat at Dreams for nearly two months now with no new information on my withdrawal being provided - today being April 16th. I would like to receive my withdrawal within the next week.
