Withdrawal is taking too long

I initiated a withdrawal with Dreams Casino. On February 22, I was told that the documents I submitted in order to initiate a withdrawal were sufficient by Dreams support via email. On February 23, the withdrawal was initiated. On February 27th, I was told that my Bitcoin address had been updated and that my payment/withdrawal information was complete. I have consistently contacted support/live chat at Dreams for nearly two months now with no new information on my withdrawal being provided - today being April 16th. I would like to receive my withdrawal within the next week.

I apologize for the frustration you've experienced with this.

You'll be pleased to know that your payment was issued to your wallet, Monday: 4/19 Paid $1225 (0.02183189) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transactions 84508122 ($500), 84508126 ($725).

As you can see there is quite a shortfall from your first withdrawal. The reason for this is that you received a bonus (84508122 DREAMS2000 (1 of 1) $2,000.00)). All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such removed from your total withdrawal amount.
