Withdrawal approval and payment delay

I have had $10,000 in pending withdrawals from January 22, 2022.

I have contacted customer support many times and they promise that the withdrawals are being escalated each time I speak to them.

However, nothing continues to be done and is well beyond the timeframe stated in the terms and conditions.

Please help me receive my payments.

Thank you for the response. Can I ask why the remaining two withdrawals need to be scheduled for approval. I thought the approval process is only supposed to take 7 days from the request date. Will payment also be made on Tuesday?

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.

I've already had your first two withdrawals approved and I expect the payment will be issued later today or tomorrow.

Your remaining withdrawals are scheduled to be approved, Tuesday.

As soon as I have a bit more information, I'll be back with another update.
