Withdraw taking too much time

I did a withdraw of 270 dolars, been waiting for two months already to receive my money, to do a withdraw they have been taking more than 2 months and it wasnt even a huge withdraw, and they tell me to wait and wait and wait everytime I contact them ,first they told me 2-3 days, then 5-7 and now they are telling me 7-10 days, my account is already verified as the customer service confirmed , the withdraw was submitted on september 28th, and the account verification was done on october 9th
