I requested a withdrawal for 2305.74 on 06/02/2021 @ 5:53pm.

I have sent in every document that they have asked for numerous times. They emailed me back, which I have the emails saying that all my documents were verified and good to go. Now they are giving me the run around keep saying they are going to escalate my withdrawal request and to check back in 3-5 business days. Which I have done already several times.

Please Honor my withdrawal Dreams Casino

Hi Mika--

As promised, your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, last week: 7/4 Paid $2085 + no Service Fee for transaction #85342308. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 5th, so I would expect the funds have landed in your account by now.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
