Waiting way too long on my payment


It's been almost 2 weeks since I did a withdrawal and it still hasn't been processed. I talked to online customer service multiple times, all my verification has been completed a week ago. I emailed customer service and I haven't received any emails back. Customer service said they escalated the issue but that was 4 days ago. They are quick to take to your money but if you win it seems they give u the run around when it comes to paying you.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was issued to your wallet, Tuesday: 8/1 Paid $1060 (0.03672589) + no Service Fees Bitcoin for transaction #100232928.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus (WELCOME (1 of 2) ). This particular bonus carried a 10 x maximum withdrawal amount (I've attached a copy of the coupon terms). You deposited $106, so the 10 x max allowed for the $1060 payment. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
